Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Remedial and Façade

About the role

We are seeking experienced Project Leaders to manage façade and remedial construction projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will oversee projects from award through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation.
• Track progress, milestones and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Identify risks and implement effective risk‑management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
• Relevant qualifications, preferably a construction or engineering degree or building‑related certification.

Required skills

• Experience with construction software such as Jobpac, Procore and Asta Powerproject (or similar).
• Ability to document and manage quality concerns throughout projects.
