Senior Project Manager – Mixed‑Use Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design coordination and stakeholder management for a landmark mixed‑use precinct that will include a world‑class golf course, premium hotel, and retail destination. The role sits within a respected project management consultancy delivering high‑profile developments across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design development across architecture, engineering and specialist disciplines.
• Oversee consultant engagement, coordination and performance throughout the design phase.
• Control budgets, programmes and design deliverables to meet project milestones.
• Facilitate design workshops, progress meetings and client reporting.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Ensure design intent aligns with commercial, operational and sustainability objectives.
• Prepare the project for successful procurement and construction delivery.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years’ experience in project management, preferably in property or construction.
• Strong understanding of design and development processes for large‑scale, multi‑use or hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, budgets and programmes concurrently.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Project Management.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
