Senior Project Manager

About the role

DCN Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction and development projects in the Greater Sydney Area. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for planning, scheduling, resource allocation and budget management while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and budget management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and risks, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes and contribute to strategic planning.
• Mentor project staff and support disciplined, collaborative outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience leading complex construction or development projects.
• Expediting experience to coordinate materials, services and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Inspection expertise to verify site compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Logistics management capability to optimise supply‑chain processes and on‑site delivery.
• Proven senior‑level experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Disciplined approach to risk management and safety compliance.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering or related field (highly desirable).
• Ability to work on‑site in the Greater Sydney Area and manage multiple projects concurrently.
