Senior Project Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of complex technology and transformation initiatives. This high‑impact position operates in a highly governed, regulated environment and works closely with senior business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate five priority initiatives within the Delivery Engineering & Design function, including Innovation Lifecycle, Digital Engineering Framework, Digital Engineering Pilots, Portfolio Integration Tool, and AI Initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and governance across Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, influencing senior and executive leaders.
• Drive adoption of digital engineering, digital twin, asset data, and AI capabilities.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline (highly regarded).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile credentials (SAFe, CSM, AgilePM).
