Senior Project Manager / Hybrid Account Director - Health (6 Month Contract)

About the role

Orchard, Australia's leading health and wellness agency, is hiring a Senior Project Manager (Health) for a 6-month contract. You will run complex health and pharma projects and multi-brand portfolios end to end, coordinating creative, medical writing, strategy and tech, leading regulatory workflows and mentoring project managers. The role sits within a high-profile account with an innovative health brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own schedules, budgets, risks and quality across digital and omnichannel projects (sites, iVAs/eDetailers, approved emails, campaigns, content programs)
• Turn briefs into scoped plans with milestones, dependencies and review gates, and run stand-ups, WIPs and stakeholder forums
• Mentor PMs on estimation, Jira hygiene, acceptance criteria and handover
• Lead MLR and regulatory workflows (Medicines Australia Code, TGA) with complete documentation, route materials through Veeva PromoMats/Vault and coordinate medical and legal reviews
• Manage budgets, burn and change control, keep timesheets accurate and flag variances early
• Maintain clear Jira boards, current Pageproof and Confluence documentation, and use AI tools to speed up documentation, risk scans, QA checklists and status reporting

Required profile

• 5-7+ years in digital, creative or health communications, with a strong record in regulated delivery
• End-to-end delivery experience across omnichannel campaigns, content programs and digital assets
• Comfortable managing several concurrent projects and financially literate, understanding the link between delivery decisions and margin

Required skills

• Veeva, MLR cycles and claims/referencing with medical writers
• Jira, Pageproof and Confluence
• Clear written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation and presentation
