Senior Project Manager – Design & Construct

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of large‑scale industrial and commercial Design & Construct projects across Australia. Based in Perth, the role oversees projects from concept through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through construction and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Oversee programme, procurement, commercial performance, risk and stakeholder management.
• Drive constructability reviews, value engineering and innovative project solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years’ project management experience within construction.
• Strong background delivering Design & Construct projects.
• Experience on industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, infrastructure or heavy structural projects.
• Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices, contracts and building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Open to Australian PR or Australian citizenship.
