Plant Assistant - Concrete

About the role

Join Boral's Artarmon Concrete team as a Plant Assistant, working Monday to Saturday to support safe and efficient concrete operations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate plant and equipment such as Front End Loader, Forklift, Bobcat and other machinery.
• Receive, unload and receipt deliveries of materials.
• Handle material movement and manage stock levels.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
• Provide high‑quality service to internal and external customers.
• Support daily production activities and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Front End Loader, Bobcat and Forklift licences (highly regarded but not essential).
• Experience in a production, manufacturing or industrial environment (desirable).
• Proactive, reliable and flexible, with willingness to work every Saturday.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to learn, develop new skills and build a long‑term career with Boral.
