Senior Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (Tier 1 Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial HVAC projects (typically $10M+) across Sydney. You will own the delivery of complex, high‑value builds from inception through handover, ensuring safety, schedule and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large‑scale HVAC projects, coordinating with builders, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee site teams and direct labour crews, managing day‑to‑day operations.
• Drive performance on safety, programme, and budget, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and corporate leadership to maintain technical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HVAC projects over $10M in Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Background in mechanical engineering or a trade‑based path into project management.
• Full Australian working rights and willingness to relocate to Sydney if required.
