About the role
A respected Melbourne builder is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a $25m, 25-apartment development in Parkville. This is not a step-up role: you must have delivered multi-storey apartment projects of similar scale and understand their challenges. The recruiter is Forefront Recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the project from procurement and programming through to subcontractor management, cost control and handover
- Make decisions on site, supported by an approachable director who gives the team autonomy
Required profile
- Strong head contractor background
- Proven experience delivering apartment projects of similar value
- Both experienced PMs and Senior PMs will be considered
What we offer
- Salary up to $250k package depending on experience
- Half a day off in lieu for every Saturday worked
