Senior Project Manager – APAC

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager for the APAC region, you will lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that shape pricing strategy, operational excellence, and healthcare outcomes across Asia Pacific. You will partner with leaders in Pricing and Medical divisions to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex regional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to align priorities and accelerate decision‑making.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements, success measures, and project plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove barriers, and escalate issues early to maintain delivery commitments.
• Adapt project plans and resource strategies to changing business needs while preserving key milestones.
• Continuously improve project delivery practices, governance frameworks, and processes for scalability and long‑term value.
• Measure project success through stakeholder adoption, business outcomes, ROI, and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Healthcare, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing cross‑functional projects or programs.
• At least 3 years of experience with project budgets, resource planning, risk management and governance.
• Proven ability to lead projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
