Senior Project Manager (5:2 roster)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, commercially astute Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary mining projects in Western Australia. The role is based in Perth and operates on a 5:2 roster, delivering projects ranging from $5M to $40M for Tier 1 mining clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of civil, electrical and SMP projects from concept through commissioning and close‑out.
• Develop and maintain baseline programmes, schedules and project controls using P6 or MS Project.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost performance and commercial obligations.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement, performance and site execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and industry standards.
• Drive project reporting, risk management and change control processes.
• Build strong relationships with Tier 1 clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to site teams and engineers.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Project Management.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering multidisciplinary projects on the contractor side.
• Proven success delivering projects valued between $5M and $40M for Tier 1 mining clients.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, variations, extensions of time and cost performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
