Senior Project Finance Analyst – Infrastructure Investment

About the role

A leading infrastructure investment and development platform is seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to join its structured finance team. The role supports transaction activity across infrastructure, renewable energy and digital assets in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain complex project finance models for infrastructure, energy and digital projects.
• Lead investment screening, business case development, risk and credit analysis, and internal approval processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary due‑diligence, bid submissions and preparation of investment papers.
• Support debt arranging, equity structuring, capital optimisation and transaction origination, interacting with financiers, advisers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in infrastructure investment, project finance banking, financial advisory, renewables, utilities or a related funds‑management environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build or audit complex financial models and conduct valuation work.
• Exposure to debt or equity financing processes, project finance structures and transaction execution.
