Senior Project Engineer – Rail Civils

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering delivery on the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project in South East Queensland. You will own work packages up to $50 million, manage a multidisciplinary team and coordinate design, procurement and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety practices across the work area and subcontractor teams.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction to meet project milestones.
• Manage subcontractors, quality control and construction lot verification.
• Oversee monthly forecasting, cost reporting and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Relevant Rail Industry Worker competencies.
• Proven experience delivering complex civil or rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, including cost estimation and forecasting.
