About the role
Lead the cost control function across two flagship Western Australian transmission programs, overseeing budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections while applying earned value principles to monitor performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own project budgets, cost breakdown structures and monthly cost reporting.
- Prepare accurate cost forecasts, cash‑flow projections and apply Earned Value Management metrics.
- Manage cost impacts from change, risk and procurement decisions.
- Support contract valuation, claims and variation assessments with commercial leads.
- Mentor and develop Project Controls Engineers and Cost Engineers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in cost control and forecasting.
- Proven experience applying Earned Value Management principles.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Power BI and reporting tools.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise.
