Senior Product Designer

About the role

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of complex B2B SaaS experiences for agents, sales teams and admins, working within the Agent Division of the Skylight Crew. You will partner closely with product and engineering leads to deliver outcomes that align with strategy, business goals and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives, from discovery through shipped detail, while evolving the design system.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and discovery activities to surface insights and validate decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and cross‑functional teams to shape solutions and influence product direction.
• Champion design quality and consistency by contributing to the domain’s design system, patterns and standards.
• Mentor less experienced designers and raise the craft bar across the crew.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design practices and outcomes.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams and partnering closely with product and engineering stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Skilled in user research, usability testing and leveraging data insights.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), design systems and scalable design practices.
