Interior Designer – Commercial Workplace Projects

About the role

Woolpert is seeking an Interior Designer to join its high‑performing Sydney team. Reporting to the Interiors Team Leader, you will support the delivery of innovative commercial workplace and mission‑critical projects from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce design documentation, freehand drawings, specifications, schedules and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with consultants, attend site inspections, and respond to RFIs and shop drawings.
• Manage internal project administration, including document control and project meetings.
• Support senior designers and the project leader in shaping design directions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 3‑5+ years of commercial workplace design experience with top‑tier clients.
• Strong communication and client‑engagement abilities.
• Experience on projects ranging from 500 to 5,000 sq m and proven supplier/client relationship skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in REVIT.
