Senior Producer – Roam Agency

About the role

Telstra's in-house creative agency is looking for a Senior Producer to play a critical role in delivering Telstra's marketing campaigns, with a focus on Telstra Enterprise. As the delivery lead of the newly formed agency, you manage the end-to-end process and successful delivery of marketing campaigns, working alongside strategists, creatives and campaign managers on consumer, business, enterprise and corporate projects. You will also build relationships with suppliers such as print, animation and live content capture. The role requires strong autonomy, stakeholder management and production execution experience.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate creative standards across social, digital, retail and GTM campaigns, especially series-based case study and explainer videos for the sales nurture funnel
• Develop and maintain a structured project calendar, manage purchase orders and ensure deliverables stay within budget
• Work with strategists and marketing teams to align content with business priorities and brand guidelines
• Coordinate content briefings between creatives, designers and copywriters and streamline review and approval workflows
• Work with Marketing Automation teams on content deployment and audience segmentation, and help the Creative Services Lead with brief prioritisation and review
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and share insights with media and analytics teams

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in campaign production, content management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of enterprise and/or small business marketing sales funnels
• Experience producing print, motion and digital assets, and delivering high-volume serial video content
• Ability to communicate with and manage senior marketing team members, and to work autonomously end to end
