Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Digital Clients

About the role

First Page, APAC’s highest‑rated digital agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow enterprise‑level client relationships. You will act as a trusted partner, shaping digital strategy and delivering high‑value SEO, SEM and integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, serving as the senior point of contact across all engagements.
• Build deep, strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers and translate business objectives into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution across SEO, SEM and broader digital channels.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive account growth.
• Analyse performance data, provide insights and strategic recommendations, and lead reporting, QBRs and strategic reviews.
• Manage challenges and escalations while maintaining client trust.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency working with enterprise or large‑scale clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and complex client environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and client success.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
