Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its paid growth engine across key acquisition channels. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will drive end‑to‑end strategy, execution and performance for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute channel strategy, allocate budgets and optimise campaigns using first‑party blended and attributed data.
• Partner with creative teams to develop, test and iterate high‑performing ad concepts through a structured creative review process.
• Build and run systematic test‑and‑learn experiments across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and landing experiences.
• Own performance analytics, translate data into actionable recommendations and champion measurement excellence with attribution and incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and senior leadership to shape growth priorities and stay ahead of platform changes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing multiple paid media accounts.
• Proven track record of efficient customer acquisition on Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with first‑ and third‑party data, attribution models and translating metrics into business outcomes.
• Experience working closely with creative teams and presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially minded with curiosity about platform mechanics and consumer behaviour.
