Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

LGT Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to manage client data, respond to enquiries, and support process improvements within its Melbourne office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client information in core banking or internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to internal and external client queries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Verify and process documentation for client onboarding, changes, or ongoing maintenance.
• Support initiatives to optimise data management and customer service processes.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on client data, service performance, and compliance.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or business-related education; degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience in customer service, administration, or client data management, preferably in financial services.
• Proven attention to detail and reliability in maintaining client records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office applications.
• Experience with client data management or CRM systems.
