Senior Network Engineer

About the role

The Senior Network Engineer is the technical owner and primary subject matter expert for Superloop’s corporate IT network environment, responsible for architecture, implementation, operation, security and continuous improvement across multiple offices, datacentres and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple offices, countries and datacentres.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, technology refresh initiatives and complex infrastructure projects.
• Manage core datacentre networking using Cisco, Juniper and Palo Alto technologies.
• Deploy and maintain secure SD‑WAN solutions with Palo Alto.
• Configure and troubleshoot complex routing (BGP, OSPF) and Layer 2/Layer 3 environments.
• Support secure connectivity between AWS and corporate networks (Direct Connect, VPN, hybrid cloud).
• Manage network security platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, pfSense) and wireless solutions (Meraki, Ruckus).
• Maintain network documentation, standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience supporting enterprise networks across multiple sites and countries.
• Strong Cisco and Juniper experience in corporate and datacentre environments.
• Proven expertise with BGP, OSPF and advanced Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.
• Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN, wireless (Meraki, Ruckus) and firewall administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management and root‑cause analysis skills.
