Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

SNDYS, an Australian fashion brand founded in 2012 and sold internationally, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Marketing Manager in Sydney, NSW. The role leads the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the marketing calendar and oversee content creation and social media
• Coordinate photo shoots and product launches
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with design, sales and e-commerce teams and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Manage external agencies and partners
• Mentor marketing team members and support long-term brand growth initiatives

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, including strategic planning, brand management and campaign execution
• Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer fashion, with knowledge of trend forecasting and customer behaviour
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities

Required skills

• Digital marketing: social media, email marketing, paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencer marketing and e-commerce
• Marketing analytics tools, performance reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Project, timeline and budget management, and team leadership and mentoring
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms and content management systems is highly beneficial
