Senior Manager, Supporter Relations

About the role

This 14‑month fixed‑term position leads the data strategy behind large‑scale fundraising campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Individual Philanthropy & Supporter Relations, you will oversee the institute’s fundraising CRM, donor data, reporting and business intelligence capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Supporter Relations team.
• Oversee donor data governance, quality and CRM administration.
• Optimise Raiser's Edge NXT to improve fundraising operations.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and the Board.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong background in data governance, reporting and business intelligence.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Raiser's Edge NXT (or a comparable fundraising CRM).
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
