Senior Manager – People & Culture Business Partnering (ANZ)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Senior Manager to lead People & Culture Business Partnering across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture (ANZ), you will shape HR strategy, drive change and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategy into practical People & Culture solutions.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent and succession planning, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee‑relations matters and deliver practical solutions.
• Act as the primary link between Business Partnering and specialist People & Culture functions to ensure seamless implementation of regional and global initiatives.
• Lead, coach and inspire a team of People & Culture Business Partners across ANZ, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Manage team performance, workload planning and resource allocation to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Create an environment where people are empowered to grow, innovate and deliver outstanding outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience with a strategic, hands‑on approach.
• Strong capability‑building skills and ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing people‑focused solutions that drive business performance.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
