Senior Manager – AI Discovery & Performance Marketing

About the role

RACV is seeking a senior leader to drive AI‑powered discovery and performance marketing. This high‑impact position will shape strategy across emerging AI search platforms and optimise paid acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI Discovery strategy across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
• Lead transformation of the performance marketing engine across paid search, SEM, paid social and emerging AI‑led acquisition channels.
• Establish measurement frameworks including MMM, incrementality testing and experimentation design.
• Build and manage a high‑performing team covering AI discovery, SEO, SEM and performance marketing.

Required profile

• Proven leader with deep expertise in AI discovery, generative search and recommendation ecosystems.
• Strong track record delivering measurable growth, acquisition and ROI in performance marketing.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing agency, technology and platform partners.

Required skills

• SEO and structured data optimisation.
• SEM and paid social campaign management.
• AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews).
• Marketing mix modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing.
• Experimentation design and performance optimisation.
