Senior Management Accountant

About the role

Saputo Dairy Australia is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to support its manufacturing site in Allansford, VIC. You will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and partnering with operational teams to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles, including ledger close, journal preparation and reconciliations.
• Provide analysis on overheads, manufacturing variances and inventory.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and capital tracking.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver insights and drive efficiencies.
• Support internal controls, compliance and audit processes, and engage with external auditors and joint‑venture stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, finance or a similar discipline within manufacturing or commercial finance.
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
