Senior Luxury Client Advisor - HNW Watches

About the role

Audemars Piguet, an independent family-owned luxury watchmaker founded in 1875, is opening its first official flagship boutique in Australia and is looking for a Senior Luxury Client Advisor to help build the team. You will manage complex High-Net-Worth client portfolios and coach and develop team members. Early 2027 is the lead time, with an intensive training program before the opening.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate HNW client journeys with bespoke hospitality and handle complex product and after-sales interactions
• Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier HNW clients and drive long-term retention
• Coach Client Advisors on selling techniques, product knowledge and CRM discipline
• Represent the brand at exclusive client activations, private events and high-level networking
• Oversee merchandising standards, assist with daily inventory audits and support boutique compliance

Required profile

• 2+ years in high-end luxury sales
• Solid knowledge of and passion for the watch industry and fine timepieces
• Track record of managing complex client relationships and engaging Very Important Clients with discretion
• For the Senior Advisor: mentoring ability, advanced selling techniques, strong business acumen and meticulous CRM portfolio management
• Exceptional presentation, emotional intelligence and communication skills
