Senior Loyalty Consultant (Melbourne/Sydney)

About the role

Ellipsis, the Loyalty Experts®, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its fast‑growing boutique consultancy. Based in Melbourne with an option for Sydney, you will work in a hybrid setting, delivering strategic loyalty solutions for blue‑chip clients across retail, banking, insurance and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end workstreams on complex client engagements, from strategy development to final recommendations.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research, applying qualitative, quantitative and data‑analytics techniques.
• Build financial models and business cases that quantify the commercial value of loyalty programmes, partnerships and initiatives.
• Produce client deliverables using data visualisation and storytelling, adhering to Ellipsis standards.
• Apply structured problem‑solving methods (First Principles, Hypothesis‑Based, Pyramid Principle) and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring on‑time, in‑scope delivery and escalating risks as needed.
• Contribute to business development by nurturing client relationships and supporting proposal activities.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience at a Big Four firm or top‑tier consultancy.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivation to develop deep expertise in the rapidly growing loyalty sector.
