Senior HR Business Partner (3-Month Contract)

About the role

A well-established Australian project delivery organisation is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner through its recruiter, Pearl Recruitment Group. The role is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency, as the business grows across several units. It suits someone ambitious and proactive who wants to shape HR functions, processes and structures.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and advise them on HR matters, earning their trust
• Give clear, practical advice on employee relations, industrial relations and performance issues
• Support organisational initiatives and business priorities as they arise
• Contribute to people strategies that fit the business
• Apply policies and legislation consistently and sensibly

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
• Experience with employee and industrial relations highly desirable
• Ambitious, proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Effective verbal and written communication with key stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

What we offer

• $85-$95 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience
• Ability to start as soon as possible
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, 40-hour week
