Senior HR Advisor - WA Operations

About the role

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor on behalf of its client, a globally backed organisation undergoing growth and operational transformation. This is a standalone, end-to-end HR generalist position based in Western Australia, with the chance to partner closely with leaders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle
• Handle employee relations and performance matters
• Provide recruitment support and onboarding
• Manage contracts and HR administration
• Implement policies and ensure compliance
• Manage HRIS and processes, and coordinate payroll with an external provider
• Support change and integration initiatives
• Coach and support leaders across the business

Required profile

• Confident, commercially minded HR professional able to work independently and build strong relationships
• Ideally 5+ years of HR generalist experience
• Ability to work autonomously and support leaders

Required skills

• Strong end-to-end HR operations capability
• Experience managing employee relations matters and investigations
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Exposure to payroll processes or payroll coordination
