Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager – Western Victoria

About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending business in Western Victoria and is looking for an experienced manager to lead customer relationships, coach borrowers through the loan journey, and drive growth through self‑sourced business.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the home loan process.
• Self‑source new business opportunities, similar to mobile lending roles.
• Develop personal lending capability with training, coaching and specialised support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting financial targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Proven sales track record with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to network within the community.
• Financially savvy with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative team player.
