Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager

About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending team in North Melbourne. As a Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager you will coach customers through the loan journey, build strong local relationships and drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage a pipeline of residential lending opportunities, similar to mobile lending roles.
• Provide expert advice to customers, guiding them through the home loan process and delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with capability coaches and specialised training to continuously improve lending skills.

Required profile

• Proven residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.

• Financial analysis and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital banking tools and technology to educate customers.
