Senior Consultant – Audit (Mandarin required)

About the role

SW Accountants & Advisors is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its fast‑growing external audit team. You will own the full audit cycle from planning through to the management letter, while mentoring junior staff and delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete audit files for a diverse client base, from planning to finalisation, within budget and deadlines.
• Explain data flows and internal controls, guide junior staff in testing and documentation.
• Review junior staff work, identify control weaknesses and prepare management letters.
• Clear all manager and partner review points and respond to client queries promptly.
• Prepare non‑standard management letters, correspondences and special assignments under the Audit Manager’s direction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit within a Chartered/CPA practice.
• Degree qualified and near to qualifying or fully qualified as a CA/CPA.
• Proven experience mentoring and coaching junior staff.
• Strong time‑management, professional presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an audit package such as CaseWare.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Mandarin (essential).
