Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency, the Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with Marketing and User Acquisition teams to produce high‑impact visual assets for a variety of games and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create key art, promotional materials, app‑store visuals, social media content, and user‑acquisition ads for platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Maintain brand and IP guidelines across all assets while adapting to each game’s unique visual identity.
• Organise source files, templates and final assets for efficient updates and reuse.
• Contribute fresh visual concepts and stay current with gaming, design, AI‑assisted workflows and emerging tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in video games, entertainment or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant marketing and key‑art work.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full creative process from brief to delivery and handle ambiguous briefs.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Motion‑design tools, especially After Effects.
• 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D.
• Game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Experience with AI‑assisted creative workflows and image‑generation tools.
