Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Multimedia)

About the role

Prime Financial Group is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Multimedia) to help shape how the brand looks, feels and connects with clients, partners and colleagues. The role works closely with the Marketing team and business leaders to deliver creative work across digital, print, video and multimedia channels. It is a hands-on senior creative position in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative assets for digital, print, social media, video and multimedia channels
• Create campaigns, presentations, thought leadership materials, reports, event collateral, email communications, infographics and website content
• Edit video content, motion graphics, animations and short-form multimedia content
• Turn complex business information into clear, visually engaging communications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, developers, videographers and creative partners
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and quality
• Help evolve the visual identity and brand standards, and improve creative processes, templates and brand assets
• Mentor and support junior designers when needed

Required profile

• Ideally 5+ years' experience in graphic design, branding, creative services or marketing
• Strong branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling sense
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Portfolio of graphic design work and examples of video content, motion graphics or a showreel

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Video production, editing, motion graphics and animation
• Content for websites, social media, email marketing and digital advertising
• Highly regarded: Figma, WordPress, Webflow or UI/UX design principles
• Financial services or agency experience is highly regarded
