Senior Full Stack Engineer (2 positions)

About the role

Insignia Financial is looking for two Senior Full Stack Engineers to shape digital experiences for thousands of customers. You will work across React, Node.js and AWS, owning solutions from design through production while adopting modern AI‑assisted engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy clean, reusable single‑page applications using TypeScript, React and modern state‑management.
• Build backend services and integrations with Node.js frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
• Create and maintain REST APIs, authentication patterns and integration layers, including Workato.
• Write unit, end‑to‑end and AI‑enhanced tests to ensure quality and speed.
• Improve observability, resilience and production support for existing applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation and Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in web application and API development within a large‑scale organisation.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in an Agile delivery environment.
• Clear communication, critical thinking and collaborative working style.

Required skills

• React (v16+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Node.js with Express or NestJS.
• AWS services: S3, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFront, ECS, Secrets Manager.
• REST API design and authentication techniques.
• Workato integration platform.
• Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
