Senior Frontend Engineer – Core Web

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will drive high‑quality software development and innovation, shaping technical direction across engineering initiatives. You will architect scalable, high‑performance web systems and mentor the team while delivering real customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, reliable web applications using React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Optimize web performance focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB).
• Address technical debt, improve system stability and influence engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, design and other engineering teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response and continuous reliability improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js).
• Experience building high‑traffic web apps with micro‑frontends, SPA and SSR patterns.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate across product and design.
• Familiarity with application security best practices (OWASP) is a plus.
