Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer who loves AI and wants to reinvent software delivery. You will join our AI‑first consultancy to design, build and deploy end‑to‑end AI‑powered solutions for Fortune‑1000 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI‑driven products from discovery through pilot to production, embedding with client teams.
• Run client workshops, clarify ambiguous business problems and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build full‑stack, AI‑enhanced systems using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Identify risks early, raise blockers and proactively drive unassigned work forward.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on software development with a consulting or client‑facing mindset.
• Proven ability to own a workstream in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for AI‑native ways of working.

Required skills

• Full‑stack development: ReactJS, NodeJS, Java or Python.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as GHCP, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
• Experience with LLMs, generative models and prompt/context engineering.
• System design and solid understanding of programming patterns.
