Senior Financial Adviser

About the role

Marsh Financial Advice is seeking a Senior Comprehensive Financial Adviser to join its Perth office. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week on‑site and offers the chance to service an established high‑net‑worth client base while expanding the firm’s presence in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ goals, risk tolerance and financial circumstances.
• Advise high‑net‑worth clients on investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, insurance and other financial products.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with accountants, lawyers and tax specialists to deliver holistic solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Advice, Business or a related field; CFP, CFA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in financial advisory or wealth management, including managing high‑net‑worth portfolios.
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets and growing client portfolios.
• Leadership experience and ability to contribute to business growth in WA.

Required skills

• Deep technical knowledge of investment products, financial markets, tax laws and retirement planning.
• Proficiency with financial planning software (Xplan) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
