Senior Financial Adviser – Comprehensive Wealth Management

About the role

Marsh Financial Advice is seeking a Senior Comprehensive Financial Adviser to join its Perth office. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week on‑site and offers the chance to service an established high‑net‑worth client base while expanding the firm’s footprint in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored financial plans covering superannuation, retirement, investment, SMSF and defined benefit strategies.
• Advise high‑net‑worth clients on investments, tax, estate planning, insurance and other financial products.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with accountants, lawyers and tax specialists to deliver holistic solutions.
• Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes and meet business development targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; CFP, CFA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in financial advisory or wealth management, managing high‑net‑worth portfolios.
• Proven track record in business development and growing client portfolios.
• Leadership experience and ability to contribute to regional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning software (Xplan).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
