About the role
This newly created senior finance position provides broad oversight of financial control and day‑to‑day fund operations within a high‑growth, entrepreneurial funds management platform. The role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional seeking to expand their remit in a boutique environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and review work completed by outsourced providers such as fund administrators, property accountants and tax advisers.
- Lead financial reporting activities, including NAV calculations, cash‑flow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, external accountants, auditors and bankers.
Required profile
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Relevant experience in funds or property sector as a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager.
Required skills
- NAV calculation expertise.
- Cash‑flow forecasting.
- Financing arrangement management.
