Senior Field Technician I - Geelong

About the role

nbn is looking for a Senior Field Technician based in the Geelong area. As part of a field service team, you will deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses across Australia, from installation to repair and maintenance, working across the network and in customers' premises. The role is full-time, permanent and fixed term.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a field service team to provide timely, high-quality service to customers.
• Carry out installation, repair and maintenance of copper and fibre networks.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, with opportunities for coaching, mentorship and career progression.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance, fault finding and installs.
• An ACMA licence and a Certificate III or IV qualification.
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current driver's licence.
• Availability to work required hours within the 7am-7pm timeslot and to travel to work sites away from your home.
• Full working rights in Australia; a criminal history check and pre-employment medical assessment are required.
