Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

About the role

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to support its PNG Operations team. The role starts in the Brisbane office and transitions to an on‑site FIFO roster in Papua New Guinea, running until mid‑2028. You will report to the Construction Manager and lead E&I project scopes across a large‑scale resources environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities of E&I work crews.
• Ensure compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements.
• Maintain quality, production and environmental standards for the project.
• Mentor and motivate a national workforce, fostering safe work practices.
• Utilise digital completions systems to track progress and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead E&I Supervisor in the resources sector, preferably oil and gas.
• Certificate III in Electro‑Technology and a current Australian Electrical Licence.
• Certificate III in Instrumentation and EEHA certification (highly regarded).
• Strong leadership, planning and communication abilities.
• Right to work in Australia and a valid passport.
