Senior Electrical Engineer - Water Projects

About the role

ACCIONA Agua is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer in Brisbane to shape electrical design and tender input across its growing water project pipeline. The role provides technical leadership in electrical design and tender submissions, with mentorship of junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and coordinate electrical designs across the project lifecycle, from tender through construction.
• Draft tender designs in the bid phase and construction designs during delivery.
• Give electrical technical input into tender submissions and bids.
• Evaluate engineering solutions for cost, quality and compliance.
• Manage engineering deliverables and deadlines across several projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the team.

Required profile

• Industrial electrical knowledge covering low and medium voltage.
• Proven ability to develop and review complex electrical designs.
• Planning skills to manage deliverables across multiple projects.
• Technical leadership and mentoring skills.
