Senior Director, Brand

About the role

As the most senior Brand leader for the Pacific region, you will own the adidas brand across Australia, New Zealand and Pacific export markets. You will shape and execute the regional brand strategy, translating global priorities into locally resonant initiatives that drive growth, consumer engagement and sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Pacific Strategic Business Plan aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Drive growth across Performance, Sportswear and Originals categories and lead seasonal go‑to‑market strategies across Brand, Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce and Membership.
• Identify and deliver strategic opportunities to strengthen market leadership and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Retail, eCommerce, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams to meet revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Oversee product assortment planning to ensure a commercially effective consumer offering.
• Grow adidas Membership through personalised experiences, loyalty initiatives and digital journeys.
• Build high‑impact partnerships across sport, entertainment, culture and creator communities.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including media, PR, social, influencer and retail marketing.

Required profile

• Senior brand leadership experience with a proven track record of driving brand growth and consumer relevance.
• Ability to translate global brand direction into locally relevant initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working across multiple channels and functions.
• Deep understanding of consumer insights, market research and data analytics.
