Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Mable, part of the Attain Healthtech Group, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst in Sydney. The role sits in the Data & Insights team and puts data at the centre of solving business and product challenges, turning insights into recommendations and prototypes. It suits someone who partners with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Solve complex business challenges with data-driven analysis
• Run exploratory analysis to find trends, insights and test hypotheses
• Build dashboards that keep key metrics visible
• Evaluate new product features and operational changes through split testing
• Turn data and insights into clear stories for non-technical audiences
• Work with product managers, engineers, UX designers and business teams
• Experiment with rapid prototypes for data science services and partner with Data Engineers to build them at scale
• Define the data implications of new features before launch and keep privacy and security central

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience turning data into actionable insights
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership, able to deliver autonomously
• Collaborative and confident with stakeholders across the business
• Curious problem-solver who enjoys ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Tableau or similar tools for dashboards and visualisations
• Ability to explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
