About the role

Join Grosvenor as a Senior Consultant focusing on procurement advisory, working with government and private sector clients to solve complex, high‑impact problems.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end procurement activities and complex tenders within government or comparable public‑sector frameworks.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear insights and decision‑ready recommendations using critical thinking and commercial acumen.
• Run consultations and workshops, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes.
• Produce well‑structured reports and presentations that enable confident client decisions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of consulting or professional experience.
• Experience or exposure to procurement, sourcing or commercial environments.
• Familiarity with government or regulated procurement environments is highly regarded.
• Sharp analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity.
• Team‑first mindset with a hunger to keep learning.
