Senior Consultant – Health & Government Transformation

About the role

Sia Partners is expanding its Perth presence and seeks a Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects in the health and government sectors. You will work directly with clients such as hospitals, health departments, and government agencies to deliver tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on health projects, covering operating model design, performance improvement, digital health strategy and change management.
• Analyse complex client problems—e.g., patient flow bottlenecks or funding model changes—using data and logical frameworks.
• Build trust with stakeholders ranging from clinicians and frontline staff to senior executives.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and help draft winning proposals.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of consulting or transformation project management experience.
• Based in Perth with knowledge of the local business context.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in the Australian health system and WA government sector.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong data visualisation capabilities.
