Senior Consultant – CMMS/EDMS Professional Services

About the role

Accruent’s Professional Services team is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to deliver on‑site training, configuration and implementation of its CMMS/EDMS solutions. You will work closely with customers, Project Managers and other consultants to translate business needs into effective software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to provide on‑site training, consulting and support for Accruent product families.
• Gather requirements, configure applications, test solutions and train end users.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling enquiries and ensuring adherence to Accruent policies.
• Balance multiple projects, manage competing priorities and deliver results on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years consulting experience in the CMMS or EDMS software space.
• Strong communication, analytical and facilitation skills with a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to manage resources, commitments and deliver high customer satisfaction.

• Customer training and documentation creation.
• Full software implementation lifecycle experience (needs analysis, installation, troubleshooting, account management).
