IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT Support Engineer to deliver white‑glove technical assistance to C‑suite executives, corporate users and laboratory environments in our Brisbane office. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, endpoint lifecycle management and high‑visibility event support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch support for executives with professionalism, urgency and discretion.
• Act as the onsite escalation point for complex issues affecting end‑users, labs and conference rooms.
• Troubleshoot macOS, Windows and basic Linux systems, and maintain Zoom Rooms and AV equipment.
• Provision, troubleshoot and manage devices using Intune, Kandji/Iru or similar MDM tools.
• Support company‑wide meetings, executive presentations and All Hands events.
• Manage onboarding for new hires, including device setup and account provisioning.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle tracking.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong Level 3 Help Desk/Desktop support background, including executive and lab environments.
• Proven ability to resolve advanced issues across macOS, Windows and basic Linux.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/O365 administration and MDM platforms.
